Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Missed Calls or Appointments
I request that you make our scheduled coaching calls a priority. On the rare occasions when you need to reschedule, please give 24-hours notice. Except in the case of emergency, you will be charged the full amount for last minute cancellations or missed calls. All make-up session must be completed within the current month.

 

Recurring Payments / Subscriptions

You can cancel your recurring payment/subscription at any time either via your account or you can email us at dkrone1@comcast.net. You will be refunded for any unused services. You will not be charged for the following billing cycle.

Refund on Package Orders
For packaged services such as the Great Story package, if canceled within 30 days of purchase you will receive a prorated refund of time left on the package service.

To discuss a refund situation or cancellation, please email: dkrone1@comcast.net. Please include your name and order number (found on your invoice emailed to you).

You will not be charged any additional fees or penalties for cancelling your services.
