Class Refund Policy

Refund requests received before the start of the course (i.e. before the beginning of the first class) are eligible for a full refund to the original form of payment. Please note that ALL refunds will incur a 3% processing fee, and may take up to 5 business days to show up in your account or on your statement.
Refund requests received during or after the first class will be discussed and are eligible for the remainder of the fee ($125/class) to be refunded as a credit with Sacred Conversations, Readings By Simone, or Simone Arthur towards future purchases.
ALL REFUND REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING VIA EMAIL, NO EXCEPTIONS.
