The founder of Sacred Conversations and Readings by Simone, Simone is trained and works through traditional spiritual practices focused on connecting to, communicating with, and venerating the Ancestors, serving people all over the globe.
Ìyá Josephine Cumberbach
Chief Iyalaje also affectionately called Ìyá Josie is an Iyanifa and an Iyalorisha in the Ifá tradition. She is a Woman’s Health Nurse Practitioner- Board Certified , Intergrated Awareness (IA) graduate, Reiki Master, Spiritualist and Hypnotherapist. She enjoys helping people who want to experience total wellness.

is a mother, a wife and an educator. She holds a Bachelor’s degree with honors, an Associate Degree, and a Diploma in Education. She enjoys reading and the outdoors.
In her free time, you can find Mia experimenting with different essential oil blends for your skin or indulging in soap making. She is also an avid writer, utilizing her passion for language, as an editor and content creator.

Charlene Edwards....from client to student to participant of Sacred Conversations with Our Ancestors twice! The second time was in tribute to her maternal grandmother Rosie who passed away in 2023. Charlene has answered the call in learning about herbs in honor of those who came before her while concurrently pursuing her Master's Degree. She joins the team shadowing Ìyá Josephine with the bush baths.

has been a chef for over 20 years. He has a keen interest for healthy cuisine and lifestyle choices and works closely with The Heart and Stroke Foundation of Barbados on various initiatives on maintaining a healthy diet. Dane will be preparing healthy and delicious meals for the ancestral experience.
